Transactions are extracted in chronological order regardless of category grouping. The original category (if parseable) may appear in a Category column, but the primary sort is by date.
Does this handle Amex charge cards (Platinum, Gold) differently from credit cards?
Both charge cards and credit cards use the same statement PDF format. The converter handles both identically. The only difference is charge cards note 'Pay in Full' rather than a minimum payment.
